Booking Confirmations
We request identity documentation from all guests to confirm a reservation.
When do I get my key collection information?
We will issue access information on the morning of your arrival.
Can we have an early check in?
Yes you can. Subject to availability and confirmation from us.
We will ensure that your apartment ready first. Early check in is from £10 per hour prior to our standard check in at 3.00pm. Message us to request an early check in. We offer greater flexibility with direct bookings.
Can I request a late check out?
Yes you can. Subject to availability and confirmation from us.
Late check out is also charged from £10 per hour until 1.00pm. Message us to request a late check out. We offer greater flexibility with direct bookings.
I will be arriving really late, is that okay?
Yes, up to the time that the key collection premises are open. After this you will not be able to collect the key to access your apartment. You do have access to the apartment from the agreed check-in time, but it is your responsibility to collect the key by 10.00 pm.
Cancellations
If you cancel a Refundable booking more than 14 days before the booking commences, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 14 days of the booking commencing, or if you have booked using a non-refundable rate then any cancellation is non-refundable.

Can I store my luggage anywhere?
Due to lack of suitable space, we are unable to offer this facility. However, early check in and late check out is possible subject to the availability of your apartment. Please get in touch as we are sometimes able to recommend where you can access this facility.
What are the parking arrangements?
Where provided, car parking is free for our guests during their stay. Details of parking and permits if required are supplied with your check-in information.
